Return Policy

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately by email or call during business hours.

• All merchandise is guaranteed for  30 days  from original date of purchase.
• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty only and is not guaranteed by SaveInstant Inc., however we will provide you with information where to return your defective product for replacement.
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
• Your original Invoice number should be used as  your  RA number. If this information is not available, please make reference to your Order number. 
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
• Returns must be sent freight prepaid & will be shipped back freight prepaid.
• A note explaining the problem or situation, return shipping address & a copy of your invoice would be helpful to expedite your return.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks from receipt, for your returns to be processed.
• Pl. contact us immediately at SALES if you are not satisfied with the Product or Services.
